Tools, not scripts.
Some work only you can do.
Thom, as in Thomas — the one who needed to see for himself before he’d believe it. That same idea sits underneath every tool ThinkThom builds: understanding isn’t handed to you secondhand. It’s tested, applied, and made real through your own experience.
ThinkThom believes in giving people tools to understand themselves, then trusting them to do something with that understanding. That’s the idea behind everything built here.
Prax is the clearest example — a self-serve tool that helps workplaces understand their own psychosocial risk, rather than relying on someone else’s assessment of them. It puts the evidence directly in people’s hands, the same way Thomas needed to put his own hands on the evidence before he’d believe it.
It’s also the philosophy behind the other tools in development, and behind the writing itself — always aiming to translate real psychological science into something readers can actually apply, not just read.
